Written assessment of incident:
A Fray signature was detected in the Badlands outside of NHC.
Our team of four had been dispatched to the area with three objectives; mend the Veil, secure all anomalies, and ensure that all potential witnesses were persuaded or detained.
The re-weaver managed to close the Fray. Unfortunately, recon wasn’t sufficient and two [REDACTED] anomalies had caught us by surprise.
One anomaly and one witness escaped.
